Crafting a harmonious space, this tiny house seamlessly blends a compact living space with a fully equipped musical studio. Intention
design maximizes every inch, featuring furniture, kitchen, toilet,
soundproofing elements, bedroom and innovative storage solutions. The result is a cozy retreat where creativity thrives, merging the comforts of home with the inspirational vibes of a recording studio.
The project began with pondering the overarching purpose of the house within the confines of limited space. The initial floor plan boasted an abundance of furniture, creating a cozy yet cluttered atmosphere. However, midway through, the realization of limited space prompted a strategic shift. Streamlining the design became imperative, leading to a more simplified layout that maximized available space, fostering a sense of openness and functionality. It was during this iterative process that the concept of creating an illusion within the space emerged—a tiny house nestled within a larger music-centric environment.
Central to the concept is the integration of a recording studio on the second floor. Ascending from the podium adjacent to the piano, a staircase leads to the kitchen area and a distinctive glass triangular room directly above the musical stage. This sound-isolated chamber serves as a dedicated recording space, boasting a transparent floor that imparts a surreal floating effect during vocal performances.
Surrounding the studio, concrete walls and roofing envelop the space, creating optimal acoustic conditions for musical endeavors while maintaining a cozy atmosphere. The overarching vision for this design is to craft a harmonious fusion of music and living, offering comfort, versatility, and inspiration.
